Join us for Runa Flow Yoga on Sunday, August 11th at 5:30 PM, a mindfully paced, outdoor Vinyasa class led by Madeline, owner of Runa Yoga. Held on the lawn directly across from Crisp & Green Duluth, this all-levels class begins with a warmup and sun salutations, flowing into breath-connected sequences designed to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness. We'll begin with a standard yoga sculpt class warm up integrating breath to movement while starting to incorporate cardio bursts and big movements to get the heart rate up. We'll then blend in the small, isometric movements of a standard barre class. The little movements that make you wonder where these muscles have been all of your life.
