In this fun and fast-paced workout, 45 minutes will fly by as you rotate through a variety of stations thoughtfully designed to get you a muscle-challenging total body workout that gets your heart-pumping.

Regan MOVES is gentle-on-the-joints exercise for those of all levels of experience, full body cardio & strength workout!
At CRISP & GREEN - we bring more than our made-from scratch menu to the community. We also host FREE Live Crisp Events as our commitment to you and your wellness driven lifestyle.
Regan has taught her program in the YMCA, health clubs, and online seminars including for Duke University. She conducts online classes twice a week, local in-person workshops, and speaking engagements. Her clients see increased stamina and strength, as well as improved blood sugar levels! Regan holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan and is a certified personal trainer and group instructor.
Regan also founded and is the executive director of the Lupus Research Foundation.
