Join us for our GRAND OPENING WEEKEND with a free outdoor HIIT class with Coach Ben from OrangeTheory at our NEW APPLE VALLEY, MN location!
Join us for a full body workout (upper, lower, core) with use of mini bands, mats and body weight movements. Start with a warm-up about 6 min. Then each block will target a specific muscle group & have 3 exercises with 3 rounds each block. Finish with a 4-5 min cool down. Lead by our Orangetheory Fitness Apple Valley certified Head Coach Ben!
