This month we will be featuring Mt Song Martial Arts as they guide you through their Beginner Qi Gong and Tai Chi class. Your class will begin with Qi Gong, a series of breathing and stretching exercises designed to harmonize your energy. These gentle movements serve as the perfect warm-up for the main event – Tai Chi. Immerse yourself in the foundational movements of Tai Chi and explore the graceful postures of the beginner Yang 24 routine. We welcome all to this event.
