Burn Boot Camp focuses on High Intensity Interval Training and Burst Training with strength days in between. Burn Boot Camp is a group-based fitness facility. Each camp is 45 minutes with active recovery given to our members to maximize results!

Toning to the Core
This 60 minute class incorporates multiple muscle groups at a time and challenges your core balance. Teena Medick has been teaching this total body strength training class for over 17 years. Typically a Stability Ball and Weights are used in class, but we will be using body weight and possibly resistance bands.
Dr. Kyra Daugherty from HealthSource will be coming in to do chair massages after class!

Experience the Orangetheory Fitness high-intensity interval training in a unique, out-of-studio setting. A coach will lead you through a dynamic warm-up, body weight exercises, and strength training moves designed to improve your power, strength, and endurance. To conclude, the coach will lead everyone through a science-based cool down designed to promote muscle recovery, flexibility, mental clarity, and more!

Pure Barre is a low impact, high intensity workout designed to help you lift, tone and burn! It's a musically driven, high energy class that will target your ENTIRE body! Join us for a 45 minute Align class. Pure Barre AlignTM combines our classic strength-building barre technique with a unique emphasis on flexibility and balance training to deliver a restorative full body workout. You will focus on various flows of stretching to increase your joint mobility, while building muscular strength and stability.

This practice will combine Vinyasa Yoga & Yin Yoga. Vinyasa will warm up the body and rid the body of excess prana (energy), while yin will work deeply in your body by holding poses longer. Breath, stretching, relaxation, rejuvenation, longevity and peace.

In this class, you will give an all-out, 100% effort through intense bursts of exercise blocks followed by active recovery periods. This class uses rowers, weights, and body weight. Be prepared to build cardiovascular fitness while building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn during and after the workout. Not only will you work your heart, but you will also get your muscles burning to build strength!
