Basecamp Fitness Edina is bringing you a high intensity interval workout that will be 35 minutes of cardio and strength + 10 minutes of abs and stretching! Bring a yoga mat for your space plus water and a towel and get ready for a great workout!

This 45 minute class brings together the best of both worlds! Begin your workout with 30 minutes of our traditional sculpt to get your heart rate going and the sweat flowing! Then slow it down with a 15 minute recovery flow to relax the mind and body.

What’s an A10? Glad you asked! This is Alchemy’s bread and butter: a combination of yoga, strength and conditioning in the most unexpected and refreshing way. Warm-up with yoga, 10 minutes of bodyweight high intensity, and a yoga cool-down. Leave feeling more alive!

Burn Boot Camp focuses on High Intensity Interval Training and Burst Training with strength days in between. Burn Boot Camp is a group-based fitness facility. Each camp is 45 minutes with active recovery given to our members to maximize results!
