During this class, Vickie will help you target muscles in the entire body. No equipment required, this high-intensity workout will leave you breathless and smiling.
We will guide you through a 10-15 minute warm up, followed by 30 minutes of high intensity movements ranging from squats to push with some surprise 'twists' and fun challenges in between. Class will end with a 5-10 minute cool down.
All moves will be scalable, making this workout appropriate for everyone from beginners to advanced.

RECESS will be leading a high intensity circuit based class that will follow a 40/ 20 tempo (40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest). The class is designed to challenge you both physically and mentally as you progress through each circuit!
The class is broken up into 3 stations:
Cardio: Using your body to challenge endurance and get that heart rate up.
Floor: Utilizing movements to increase functionality of the body..
Strength: Combination of body weight and resistance bands to tone and feel the burn!
**Please remember to bring your own mat and dress appropriately for an outdoor workout!**

Join us for a full body workout (upper, lower, core) with use of mini bands, mats and body weight movements. Start with a warm-up about 6 min. Then each block will target a specific muscle group & have 3 exercises with 3 rounds each block. Finish with a 4-5 min cool down.
