SPENGA's format of 20 minutes of spin, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of yoga combines the three pillars of fitness all in one 60-minute group training workout. The instructor will guide you through different variations of basic yoga postures that will stretch major muscle groups while using breathing techniques. Modifications will be offered to those who need accommodations.

Mary Wiese will guide you through an aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body!

In this workout partnering with Crisp & Green, we will focus on the weight floor portion of our workout. Our weight and floor exercises change daily so you can focus on different muscles. Your coach can provide options for any movement if you have injuries or limitations.
Orangetheory is not HIIT. It is heart rate-based interval training, where our certified coach will guide you through our 5 different heart rate zones: resting, easy, challenging, uncomfortable and All Out, telling you when to push harder and when to pull back for recovery. The goal is to spend 12 minutes or more with your heart rate elevated in “The Orange Zone” to boost your metabolism, burn fat and burn more calories.
Our coaches are more than just coaches. As you take in the energy of our group workout, you’ll also get the attention and inspiration that comes from our certified and experienced personal training coaches. They’re full of the life they promise and always pushing you forward toward your goal. They have coached people of all ages, fitness levels and abilities and can walk you through numerous move options to help you feel successful in class.

Your workout from Rachel will consist of a combination of strength training and HIIT using your bodyweight. Progressions and regressions will be offered to personalize the workout for individual fitness levels. Leave feeling uplifted and empowered! Afterwards enjoy chair massages from Dr. Kyra Daugherty.
Following class there will be FREE chair massages offered from Dr. Kyra Daugherty 10am-10:30am!
