This will be a 45 minute long Yin & Yang style yoga class starting off with Yin poses\, working through a vinyasa flow\, and finishing with savasana. The progression of this class is structured to benefit you both physically and mentally; calming and balancing your mindset for your everyday life! \n**Please remember to bring a mat and dress appropriately for an outdoor workout!** \nComplimentary agua frescas will be available for attendees after class!
