We will start by introducing Core Progression and working our way to a warm-up & “total body tune up” circuit!  We will be using body weight exercises to help tone muscles.  \nFollowing our workout we will do a 5 min cool down together!  \n**PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT ** \n*FREE FOOD WILL BE OFFERED AFTER THE WORKOUT 10:30am-1:30pm \n*Must be in line by 1:30pm\, valid for one item per person
