DESCRIPTION:Please join us for a special Crisp & Green birthday celebration with a Spooky Tabata Fitness event! \nCostumes are encouraged\, but not required. This class will take place in the Crisp & Green parking lot\, if weather permits. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. We’ll have a few extra mats\, if you don’t have one. All fitness levels are welcome\, modifications given for those in need of them. \nWhat is spooky Tabata?! While some may be scared by Tabata itself (4 minute sets of 20 seconds high intensity followed by 10 seconds of rest)\, this is friendly Tabata accompanied by a Spooky Scary playlist…. So not so scary after all. \nAll guests will receive But One Get One Free offer for any grain bowl or salad! \nSee you there!
