We are an outdoor & live DJ fitness class. Let’s be real\, HIIT is intense. It’s in the name. High intensity interval training. So when you consciously choose to put yourself through a workout that you know will be challenging\, the workout becomes more mental than physical. As a mental health professional\, I designed #Commit2HIIT to create a welcoming community to invite those who may be new into their fitness journey combined with those who have already been in their fitness journey. Because it’s not whether or not you have the strength to push another rep of weight\, it’s whether or not you want to go through the body movement & motion. YUP! These classes have no equipment so we train with our own body weight! Are you ready to tap in mentally and physically?!
