Can I order catering the same day as my event?
If your order is under $600, we ask for orders to be placed at least 18 hours before your event. If over $600, we request that the order is placed at least 48 hours before your event.
How do I place a pick-up or delivery catering order?
You can place an order on our Online Ordering Platform here. Then select pick up or delivery, and continue to fill out the necessary information for your desired choice.
Can I place an order over email or the phone?
We request all orders to be placed via our Online Ordering Platform here if under $600 or submitted via our catering forms (differs by desired choice – corporate or parties) for orders over $600. Is there a minimum purchase?
For catering delivery, we require a minimum order of $125. However, if you’re below the $125 minimum, you are more than welcome to place your order as an ‘Individual’ order here and select the C&G you would like to pick-up from.
I’d like to order catering that exceeds your $600 maximum for online ordering. What are my options?
No problem! Simply select the type of event you’re hosting here (corporate or party) and tell us about the event via our form and a Crisp Concierge will be in contact within 24 hours to help set up your order.
How many servings does a large bowl feed?
All of our large bowls feed about 5 full-servings or 8-10 medium portions.
How is the food packaged?
All of our catering is served in either our compostable individual bowls or large bowls.
Does my order include bowls, napkins, etc.?
All orders arrive with napkins, utensils and the same compostable bowls used within our restaurants.
Will your team help set up my order?
Our catering services are drop-off only.
What vegan/gluten-free/soy-free options do you have?
When should I request delivery drop-off if my event starts at XX AM/PM?
You can select delivery windows of 15 minutes (ex: 12:00-12:15 PM) on our Online Ordering Platform. We recommend choosing an earlier window to allow for food set-up.
What if my address is outside your delivery zone?
While we can’t guarantee delivery to out-of-zone locations, feel free to check with us at email@example.com. You are always welcome to place a pick-up order from a nearby C&G restaurant via our Online Ordering Platform.
How do I make edits to my order?
If your requested delivery/pick-up time is more than 18 hours out, you can call your local C&G and the General Manager will help you with any desired changes.
What is your cancellation policy?
We completely understand – things happen. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll accommodate your changes. However, we do charge 50% of your order’s total for cancellations within 18 hours of your pick-up/delivery time, but we will not charge for cancellations with more than a day’s notice.
