Position Overview:

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be in charge of providing an exceptional guest experience, be a mentor to the Crisp Crew, and manage FOH and BOH operations. Ultimately, our Restaurant Managers are the absolute best communicators, go-getters, and self-starters out there.

What You’ll Need to be a Restaurant Manager:

  • A strong appetite to positively impact both team members and guests
  • Successfully communicate and serve as a role model to the Crisp Crew
  • Experience managing and developing a team
  • Passionate about healthy food and living Crisp
  • A self-starter mentality
  • Oversee that safe food handling is being implemented
  • Customer-service mindset
  • Great communication skills
